We offer an outdoor venue space and two indoor options to make your special day just what you imagined
- Available for weekday or weekend events
- A six-hour event (with an additional 1 hour prior to event for setup and .5 hours after the event for breakdown & cleanup)

What’s Offered
- Will accommodate up to 200 guests
- Bathroom facilities and changing rooms
- Use of the barbeque area and designated pavilion areas with picnic tables
- Use of grounds to include: 40’ x 100’ swimming pool, boating at our Lake Mini-Ha-Ha, tennis, volleyball, badminton, softball, basketball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, children’s playground
- A lifeguard provided for events with 100 or more guests

The Helen Hall
- Will accommodate up to 120 guests
- Private bathroom facilities
- Use of the Hall with designated bar area and the grounds directly surrounding the Hall
- Use of (up to) 15 round 60” tables (seats 8)
- Use of (up to) 120 white resin folding chairs
The Dining Hall
- Will accommodate up to 85 guests
- Private bathroom facilities
- Use of the air-conditioned dining hall and the front porch
- Use of 11 rectangle tables (seats up to 7) with seating
- Use of 8 round tables (seats up to 4) with seating
- Large serving/head table (4’x9’) available

How to customize your event (additional costs incurred to client):
◦ Three options are available for your event’s fare
- A Caterer from our Preferred Vendors list
- An outside caterer of your choosing *must be fully certified, insured, and licensed*
- “Do-It-Yourself” – where the client provides their own food & beverages
◦ Additional entertainment can be brought in (under the arrangement of the client) to include, but not limited to: a disc jockey, ice cream truck, inflatable bounce house, etc.
- Walk-in refrigeration available
- Bagged ice available
- Additional tables (high-top cocktail tables, square gift tables, or 6’/8’
banquet tables) – for indoor options only - Use of kitchen facilities (to include prep space, ovens, stove tops, and refrigeration) – for The Helen Hall or The Dining Hall option only
